Mine has been awesome that’s why I keep coming back to her. She is very good at what she does and gentle as well. I don’t remember getting cut at all. I’ve had bad experience with some. This is my first time getting pedicure from John. And for me he is a keeper.i really don’t like getting cuts. He is gentle as well and I can relax while he does pedicure. I don’t have to watch what he is doing like I do with some. Trust is inportant. I already booked my next appointment with both Mie and John.

The salon is very clean, friendly staff, and they work very hard to make sure they are always on time for client‘s appointments. Their nail professionals are excellent.

When I called the receptionist told me I could come at 12:45 . Then he texted me back and ask if I could come at 1pm . I said sure , when I arrived Kadie was working on another person . Luckily he had another stylist get started with the dip removal process . I still sat for 30 minutes waiting . . It took 1.5 hour to get a dip on nails that doesn’t include anything else .

I wish I had gotten John. He was busy with someone else and a different lady did my nails. They are already chipping. She didn’t file them properly so they caught on my sweater. I’ll be taking the polish off tonight and redoing them. Very disappointed in my experience.

The place is clean and well managed. I had a classic manicure and pedicure and I was very satisfied with both. There is no upselling or pressure. You get what you ask for without pressure from o add something else. I will definitely be back. Both my manicure and pedicure were great.

This was my first time visiting the salon and May was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and delivered exactly what I needed.
